Marco joined Pearson Emerson in 2017 after completing degrees in Arts and Laws (Honours) at the Australian National University. He has been admitted as a solicitor in NSW and is on the High Court roll of practitioners since 2018.

Marco has been recognised as a Rising Star in Doyle’s 2024 Guide to the Australian Legal Market.

Marco has experience across the breadth of family law, including complex property matters, jurisdictional disputes, international family law, parenting matters (including relocation matters and matters involving allegations of family violence and sexual abuse), applications for maintenance, urgent injunctions, child support, divorce applications, enforcement proceedings, and the preparation of pre-nuptial and inter-nuptial Financial Agreements.  Marco has extensive experience in both litigation and dispute resolution events, including mediations and Conciliation Conferences.

Marco is committed to assisting clients to reach pragmatic, commercial resolutions, in what are emotionally charged and challenging disputes, and often involving complex legal and factual questions.
