Heidi was admitted as a solicitor in 2008 and attained specialist accreditation in family law in 2013.
Since her admission Heidi has practised solely in the area of Family Law in both city-based boutique and larger specialised family law firms.
Heidi has extensive experience in a wide range of family law matters ranging from complex property matters including high net worth individuals, trust structures and complex corporate structures as well as spousal maintenance, financial agreements, child support and parenting matters.
Heidi has a particular interest in complex parenting matters that involve an international element and has been involved in a number of successful Hague Convention and international relocation matters.
Heidi’s empathy, combined with her technical and commercial skills, allow her to clearly identify her client’s objectives and provide strategic and practical advice.
Whilst Heidi endeavours to settle matters without the intervention of the Court, she understands that often this is not possible. Heidi is an experienced and confident advocate who regularly appears before Registrars and Judges of the Family Court of Australia and Federal Circuit Court of Australia.
